Works included demolishing the existing offices on the Ground Floor of the Benham Building to create a flexible new collaborative meeting space, two new offices and associated services and audio visual upgrades.

A new opening was created for the large acoustic entry door, providing a transparent front for the new Hub.

Design features include new acoustic clouds and echopanel wall panels, working with the original structure to expose the high ceiling and steel-framed tall windows, while coordinating the installation of new energy efficient services. A new perforated steel plant enclosure was also installed adjacent the existing.

"Wildlife trafficking is the fourth-largest transnational organised crime — worth over $450 billion a year," he said.
